A faithful sonic reproduction of the M49B, our latest UM labelled microphone has the same signature smooth and detailed highs, exceptional midrange clarity, and rounded deep low-end as the original. Its large, rich and balancedm tone ideal for vocals, there isn't much the UM49B wouldn't be suitable for. With a continuously adjustable polar pattern switch located on the powersupply, it is a truly versatile all-rounder. Hand-built to order in Switzerland, the UM49B is designed to be one of the highest quality microphones available today. The components used are identical to our RS Series, and the UM49B can at any time be traded in towards the RS4 (M49B version).
