The SSL AWS 916 Delta is the entry-level model in the AWS-series consoles, offering the same professional features as the AWS 924 but with 16 SuperAnalogue™ inputs instead of 24. Built on a 24-fader frame, it combines SSL’s legendary analog sound with advanced DAW control in a compact and expandable design. Each channel features SuperAnalogue™ mic preamps, classic dual-curve EQs derived from the E-Series and G-Series, and access to the iconic Stereo Bus Compressor. The AWS 916 Delta delivers seamless hybrid workflow with Total Recall™, Delta-Control™ DAW automation, and A-FADA mode for motorized fader integration. Ideal for smaller studios that demand the sound and workflow of large-format SSL consoles, it offers the same sonic character as the flagship XL 9000 K-Series in a space-efficient frame that can be upgraded to AWS 924 specifications at any time.
