Product information "Spectra 1964 STX 100D"

The Spectra 1964 STX 100D brings the legendary Spectra Sonics amplifier circuit to the modern 500 Series format. Known for powering classic recordings from artists such as ELP, Aerosmith, ZZ Top, Yes, John Lennon, and Aretha Franklin, this amplifier embodies the unmistakable Spectra sound — full harmonic detail, low noise, minimal distortion, and immense headroom.

Based on the original Spectra Sonics console designs from 1964 to 1971, the STX 100D features an all-discrete topology with two 101 amplifier modules and custom US-made input and output transformers. Its compact, single-slot 500 Series design delivers the same sonic integrity as the original Spectra consoles — without the compromises often found in modern lunchbox modules.

Proudly manufactured in the USA, with over 95% of components sourced from US or European suppliers, the STX 100D continues the Spectra legacy of precision engineering and superior audio performance.
