The best way to stay up-to-date with Ovation ELEMENTS is to maintain a valid “Ovation ELEMENTS ASM” at all times.
Make sure to renew the ASM before it expires to avoid service interruption.
The new ASM plan activates automatically after the last day of the previous ASM period, ensuring continuous coverage.
Rejoining After Expiry
If your ASM has expired and you want to regain access to updates and support, you must first purchase an “Ovation ELEMENTS Upgrade”.
Only then can you buy a new “Ovation ELEMENTS ASM” to restore full coverage and functionality.
Note for MASSCORE Users
Customers using the MASSCORE audio engine do not follow this process.
They must purchase an “Ovation MASSCORE Upgrade” for the relevant Ovation pack instead.
